Last summer my husband and I decided to locate to the Minneapolis area after I received some rather disheartening health-related news. Two of our children lived near Mpls. so that seemed logical. Our home in SD sold quickly so we needed to act quickly. Our youngest son had gone to college with Jim Snaza at USD and contacted him for us. Within 48 hours we traveled from SD, met Jim, and viewed 9 properties, finding the perfect one to fit our needs. He kept in mind all of the criteria that we had given him and negotiated the selling price, the home inspection, and the closing with great precision, enlisting our daughter’s help, with her technological knowledge, to fax and email information to us back in SD. It was quite an emotional time for me, I’d had cancer surgery 5 days prior to starting the house hunt journey, but Jim was reassuring and compassionate and always patient and understanding. By far and away the best agent I have worked with. I am a seller/and buyer who tends to have a lot of questions and like to know the details. He recognized that and kept me in the loop with all details and made sure I understood everything. Jim was great. He was very willing to he see any property with me, and there were a lot of them. Why I liked best is he was always able to point out a negative and positive or two of each property that was something I feel I would have missed.
